Lentepop 2000 was probably the strangest gig we had. We were busy compsing a few months with Raymond and had 5 songs ready to play.....but no band! The guys at Lentepop asked us to play and what else can you say than: yes!

So we found a few guys available to help us to form a one-time band. In the first place Matthijs (the drummer) who wasn't a bandmember at that time, Aeolus wasn't a band (yet) and Robin (guitars/backing vocals) a friend and willing to help us with this "job" and Dave (bass) who was recording with his band in the studio of Jurrie and Michiel at the time we were asked for Lentepop. We had not much time and actually rehearsed 5 times before Lentepop, pretty short for such not so easy to play music!

The rehearsals went very good and before we knew it, the time was there to play live! We played a very nice set and everyone was enthusiastic.... it made us thinking: should we start a band or what ? Anyways, we even reached the headlines of the local newspaper and sold a few t-shirts we had made before the gig. We played Vicious Cicle, Come here my love, Forbidden city, Anonymous embrace and Dust on the mirror. You can find some short videoshots on the website of the gig. It was awsome, a good vibe and it made the people curious to the first CD (Dust on the mirror.) The CD came out 3 years after that gig, so people had to wait a very, very long time!
